Elementary
Welcome to Arkansas Baptist Elementary School: K3-6th Grade!
We are pleased to share our philosophy with you. We believe children are a gift from God and our desire is to assist our families in teaching them to be like Christ.
Our staff is made up of committed Christians who are degreed in their area and have chosen Arkansas Baptist because God has called them to this place of service. Their desire is to teach your children to honor God and love one another.
Not only will your children receive daily instruction in God’s Word through Bible classes, but they will also learn to worship Him through song and scripture memorization.
Arkansas Baptist is fully accredited by the Arkansas Nonpublic School Accrediting Association and the Association of Christian Schools International.
Our children receive a superior academic education, and we also have a program for children with learning disabilities called SOAR. Please click on curriculum to see those offerings. Their IOWA scores average at the 80th percentile. The national average is the 50th percentile.
The children are also involved in many mission projects each year. Some examples are:
- Toys for Tots
- Dorcas House – donating warm hats, mittens, gloves, scarves & books
- Union Rescue Mission – donating food
- Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan’s Purse)
- Feeding the Multitudes
- Rice Depot
- Adoption of missionary families
We encourage our parents to get involved in our Parent Teacher Fellowship and volunteer in the classroom. Please refer to PTF for more information.
